The flat has a separate entrance - the family privacy of our guests is very important to us. The flat is approx. 70 sqm large, is very spacious and has enough room for the children to play. With the 2 bedrooms, a beautiful, modern bathroom, separate toilet, a small cosy kitchen, as well as a large cuddly living room is enough space for your holiday.

The balcony with a fantastic view into the mountains - to the Schmittenhöhe - is even more beautiful with a glass of wine or a chic alpine snack. The children can run directly from the balcony into the garden, to the playground or to the well trough. The water is drinking water from our own well!

Of course there is free WiFi in the flat :-).
